Preparing for higher education starts in secondary school. That’s why we welcome you throughout the year to learn about the university and its courses, the environment it offers and how it is organised.
Immersion days to learn about student life
Are you in your final year at secondary school? Take part in an immersion day (November and February) at the University of Lille. This day gives you the opportunity to put yourself in the shoes of a student from the University of Lille in order to:
- find out what the day-to-day life of a student is like
- attend classes of your choosing
- complete and confirm your post-baccalauréat course choices.
You can register for this scheme via the link:https://immersion.univ-lille.fr/
For parents Discussion sessions at the university, several times a year
The University of Lille is offering a series of meetings for parents of secondary school pupils in the region. Organised face-to-face and remotely, they present all the courses (with one focus per meeting), the challenges of transitioning from secondary school to university and how students’ studies are organised, and give you the opportunity to have your questions answered live.
