Recruiting a work-study student
Recruiting your future employees through work-study programmesmeans:
- integrating them more quickly into your company
- introducing them to your company’s specific expertise as soon as they start their course
- benefitting from financial advantages (payment of course costs, government support)
- keeping control over your wage costs and your workforce (work-study students are not counted as part of the company’s workforce)

Recruiting a doctoral student
You can recruit a doctoral student for a research and innovation project under an industry-fundedPhDprogramme(Cifre).
The benefits:
- The doctoral student devotes 100% of his/her time to the research project
- He/she is supervised by his/her laboratory
- The partnership is set out in a contract (confidentiality and intellectual property, work locations, methodology, etc.).
- Your company will receive an annual subsidy (paid by an organization) and you can benefit from research tax credit
- You will then be able to recruit high-potential profiles, combining scientific and vocational studies
