The University of Lille’s public procurement department draws up administrative documents relating to public purchases in compliance with the rules in force. It is responsible for the legal and administrative preparation of the various procedures carried out by the institution, as well as the legal and administrative monitoring of the resulting contracts in collaboration with the Purchasing Department. It provides companies wishing to bid with free consultation documents and access to public tender notices.
