The University of Lille joins Services Publics+

Services Publics+ is the programme for continuous improvement of public services, to ensure that users can be offered services that are + close, + simple, + effective.

Based on theviews of students and employees of public institutions,the Services Publics+ approach enablesimprovement of the quality of administrative services provided to students at the University ofLille.

It is based on a set of commitments shared by all public services so that they can be met

The commitments

  4. Your request will be processed within the stated time frame

  • overall satisfaction rate of students at the University of Lille: 85% of students are fairly or very satisfied
  • student satisfaction rate with the quality of the relationship: 93% of students are fairly or very satisfied
  • student satisfaction rate with processing times: 83% of students are fairly or very satisfied
  • student satisfaction rate with ease of getting in touch with university departments: 82% of students are fairly or very satisfied
  • satisfaction rate for simplicity of procedures: 80% of students are fairly or very satisfied

Source: student survey conducted between March and October 2025 – 2,164 responses submitted, i.e. 16% of the population surveyed (licence and master’s students from 4 member schools, faculties and institutes and one member institution)
