As publishing director and therefore data controller, the President of the University of Lille processes data collected from users of the university’s websites.
This processing is carried out in accordance with the rules laid down by European regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.
It is recorded in the university register under reference no. [2021-72].

The main purpose of the processing of personal data arising from the use of these sites is to communicate with the site’s users and various groups of people affected by the objectives and duties of the public services of higher education as defined by Chapter III of the French Education Code.
