DCOVID application
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Risk Prevention Department processes personal data on behalf of the University of Lille in order to:
- take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of employees and students;
- facilitate the transmission of non-identifying statistics to MESRI.
This optional processing of personal data has been declared on the university register under number 2020-172. It is based on an equal obligation on the part of the university to ensure the safety of its employees.
For students of the University of Lille, the data collected during this processing includes:
- Identification data: Surname, first name and e-mail address
- Location data: Member school/faculty/institute / course / year of study / CROUS residence
- Health data: Positive case or contact case
The data collected can be accessed by or is disclosed to:
- recipients at the coronavirus@univ-lille.fr e-mail address;
- members of the Covid Unit;
- authorised members of the Risk Prevention Department;
- the university’s occupational physician;
- Covid advisors.
- the General Services Department.
This data will be stored:
- for notification e-mails sent to coronavirus@univ-lille.fr: for 1 month.
- for data contained in the notification application:
- for 2 weeks for directly identifying data;
- 1 month for location data (curriculum).
You can access your personal data, rectify it or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data.
Questions and requests to exercise rights may be addressed (in this case providing proof of identity) to the Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted:
