Learning Agreement for Success (Contrat pédagogique de réussite; ConPeRe)

The University of Lille makes your success a priority. The Learning Agreement for Success, known as ConPeRe, is a system that supports you throughout your course.

Video: What is ConPeRe?

The ConPeRe application is available in my digital workspace.

In my personal ConPeRe account, a dashboard allows me to create my contract, then modify it or view and consult my old agreements, consult useful resources such as the study regulations for my course, and get help with procedures relating to my studies.

The agreement is created in three stages. Step 1: I complete the four fields requested to describe my situation. I indicate if I have a specific need, for example if I am disabled or employed. I tick my specific status and specify its extent. Please note: I consult the university’s Adjustments to conditions of study page to find all the information on my accommodation request, from downloading the form to the deadline for submitting the application.

In all cases, I should contact my teaching secretariat. I can find the email addresses of my head of studies in the ‘useful contacts’ tab of my dashboard. The second field to be completed concerns special adjustments to conditions of study. If I have an adjustment that has been recognised by the university, I indicate ‘yes’ and select the corresponding box. For example, if I have a disability and I am entitled to one-third additional time and a separate room, I specify this in the ‘nature of the adjustment to conditions of study’ section and then add proof of the adjustment request to my agreement. If I have not yet been granted this adjustment, I’ll need to add it once it has been granted.

There are two possible scenarios: In the first scenario, my agreement can still be modified, so I rectify the extent and add my adjustment. In the second scenario, my agreement has already been signed, so I simply create an amendment. Thirdly, I indicate whether I am enrolled in another course. This applies to students on a dual course, or those who are enrolled in a complementary language course, for example, but also to students who’s courses overlap during the year. And finally, I specify my study plans. If these haven’t been drawn up yet, I’ll let you know. You can also have academic guidance counsellors help you draw up your plansAll you have to do is tick the specific requirement. Once the agreement has been registered, it is immediately available to my studies department, i.e. my contact teacher and my teaching secretariat.

At this point, the first stage of the agreement is complete. Step 2: My contact teacher will look at my agreement and, if I need it, will enrol me in a remedial and success support scheme designed for me. He or she will also specify the planned educational support arrangements and sign my agreement. I will be notified by e-mail. Step 3: I return to my ConPeRe account to view my finalised agreement. I need to sign it. It is now official and binding on both parties for the duration of the academic year. From my dashboard, I can access all the agreements drawn up during my studies at the University of Lille.

I can view and download them. For any changes, I can create an amendment by following the same procedure. With ConPeRe, I’m actively committed to succeeding in my studies at the University of Lille.

The University of Lille makes your success a priority.

The Learning Agreement for Success, known as ConPeRe (contrat pédagogique de réussite), is a measure that supports you throughout your studies.
For example, if you have applied for a course and received a ‘Yes, if’ offer on Parcoursup, the university will present to you an agreement setting out the support measures to help you succeed.
There are several ways to help you succeed: a 3-year licence with personalised support and modules to help you where you need it, a 4-year licence with either the 1st year being completed over 2 years to adapt to your pace or a preparatory year before beginning the licence.

Whatever your situation or year of study, the agreement allows you to apply for support if you feel you need it: support and tutoring sessions with a teacher or student, further development of subject and methodological knowledge, or personalised follow-up regarding your career plans.

ConPeRe gives you the resources and tools you need to succeed in your studies.
So get in touch with your head of studies as soon as possible and use the ConPeRe application in your digital workspace to draw up your agreement together.
